We moved to Carteret Mobile Park from Jersey City to downsize. We were so blessed to find this brand new home with brand new appliances in a great location. Our new home is perfect for us and we're very happy to acquire it.We are in between 2 very nice neighbors. This place is very accessible to public transportation especially going to NY.

Going to my husband's work is only less than 30 minutes and there's a park that's only 10 minutes walk from our house. We are close to the churches, shopping areas like Woodbridge Mall (12 minutes), Menlo Park, Jersey Gardens, IKEA and so much more...

I have lived at Carteret Mobile Park for over 4yrs and I enjoy living here for the neighbors are respectful and friendly. I was looking for a place that I could relax and enjoy my retirement years with my wife (the overhead cost of a home was too much). The downsizing was just what we were looking for and just enough room for us, so my wife wouldn’t have to walk upstairs to relax. This also made it easier for me to keep clean (for my wife has cancer and passed away this year). Everyone here helped me overcome this event and helped with episodes that we went through. After her death my neighbors kept up with me making sure I was OK. I am grateful and very pleased to live here at the park. As long as you follow the rules and regulations you will have no problems making a home here.
